Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days once approved.
